Are the properties sold “off-plan”?Yes.The exterior and interior renders will accurately reflect the homes that we are building so you will be able to see what you are getting. Early buyers will be able to purchase at a discount and it will also give you the opportunity to work with our design team to customize your home.

What are the Payment Options?There are 3 payment options for purchasing homes in the Amistinea Estate. With every option we will request a non-refundable $5,000 commitment fee to reserve your home. This fee will be deducted from the overall cost. 1. Cash payments: These payments must be made in full. 2. Installment payments: These payments can be made over a 12, 18 or 24-month period. (See Buy with us) 3. Securing a mortgage: We have several mortgage banks that are willing to lend to our buyers. Each bank will have different requirements for qualification so we will walk you through the process. Talk to your ColeWood Properties representative.

When will my home be ready?We will be able to build your home in 12 – 18 months for the construction of your home.

What guarantees are available for the fixtures, fittings, appliances, and structure?Our developer/builder warranty will cover defects and structure and it will come as part of the Sales and Purchase Agreement. Speak to your sales representative for more details.
